Kalka Shimla railway trek is a narrow gauge track which connects Shimla “the queen of hills” to other major cities through railway. Kalka Shimla Toy train passes through 101 tunnels. This is a major attraction for the tourists who visits Shimla. This small Himalayan state offers many attractive places for family as well as for adventure travellers. Shimla, Kullu- Manali, Dharamshala & Dalhousie are the best places for family vacations. Whereas, Kasol valley, Tosh – Kheerganga trek are the favourite places for those who are looking for adventure trip. Chandigarh and Delhi are the suggestable Airports and railway station to visit Himachal Pradesh. From Chandigarh to Shimla its 3-4 hrs of road journey, from Delhi its 8 - 10 hrs journey. If we are travelling to Manali we have to take a road journey of 8–10 hrs from Chandigarh and 12-14 hrs from Delhi.
